Hot Shotz Basketball Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hot Shotz Basketball Club. By participating in our programs, activities, and events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership and Participation

1.1 All participants must complete and submit the registration form, including emergency contact details, prior to engaging in any club activities.
1.2 Membership fees must be paid in full before participation in training sessions, leagues, or events.
1.3 Participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1 All participants, parents, and spectators must demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and fairness at all times.
2.2 Bullying, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from the club.
2.3 Participants must adhere to the instructions of coaches and officials during games, practices, and events.

3. Liability and Safety

3.1 Hot Shotz Basketball Club takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety of all participants. However, participation in sports involves inherent risks.
3.2 The club is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during club activities.
3.3 Participants and/or their guardians agree to release the club, its staff, and volunteers from any claims arising from participation in club activities.

4. Attendance and Cancellations

4.1 Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled practices, games, and events.
4.2 The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Refunds for cancellations will be provided at the club’s discretion.

5. Photography and Media Release

5.1 By joining the club, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during activities for promotional purposes.
5.2 If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify the club in writing.

6. Equipment and Uniforms

6.1 Participants are responsible for maintaining their equipment and uniforms in good condition.
6.2 Replacement costs for lost or damaged uniforms will be the responsibility of the participant.

7. Termination of Membership

7.1 The club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of the code of conduct or non-payment of fees.
7.2 Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice. Refunds for unused portions of fees will be at the discretion of the club.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

8.1 Hot Shotz Basketball Club reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2 Members will be notified of significant changes through email or the club’s official website.
